I guess I've been slightly uninspired about what to write.
Although, there's been a lot going on. I've been pretty busy. Also I don't feel like all my efforts to lose weight are so new and novel for me, so I guess I'm less excited to share them all. The good thing though is that I haven't given up. I'm still plugging on. In fact, the changes I've made have just become part of my daily routine/life now. So in a way, that's even better than the time when I was so excited by all the changes.
On Wednesday I finished my first Summer Session class, Introduction to Philosophy. I didn't get a single point taken off the whole entire class (even on my exam paper) and I got an A. I loved that class and I am going to really miss it, especially because next session that starts in a week, I am taking Macroeconomics. I'm okay at economics, but it's not something I enjoy learning about or talking about in general. Not my favorite subject in the least.
I also found out I am closer to finishing my math lab class that I got a continuing grade in last spring than I thought. So that's really good!
Yesterday was international vegan pizza day and I made my own vegan pizza from scratch (even the dough). It was delicious and fairly healthy. Here's a picture of the real thing:
I used daiya dairy free cheese. It has vegan pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, and garlic powder on it.
I am looking forward to the week after the July 4th holiday, because it's Girls Rock RI camp week! I'm volunteering to help run a camp for girls who learn to play rock music, be in a band, and have a huge performance at the end in just one week! It's an amazing experience and I'm so glad to be a part of it. We had our training yesterday.
Finally, today I moved around a ton of furniture to rearrange my bedroom. It looks beautiful now, but I did a lot of lifting and so I counted that as my workout today. Sunday is usually my workout break day, so technically I didn't really have a break ;)
