Hello, my Spark Friends. I hope you all are doing well. At my last weigh in I was down another 3 pounds. I've officially lost 42 pounds over the past nine months. I have a goal set to lose 54 pounds. I have another 12 pounds to go.

I'm going to do something different in July. I've decided that I'm not going to log my food. I'm going to experiment to see if I'll continue to eat sensibly if I'm not recording everything I eat and counting calories. I will still log my fitness minutes and hang out on Spark People. I will weigh in at the end of July.

I've been off the Spark for a while and I will continue to be so, on and off, as I have had a TIA in May.The doctors are putting me through some tests to verify this so, I'm still working on my eating plan and just waiting to see what all the outcomes will be. emoticon

Your pictures look just marvelous!!! emoticon You have done so well and I know that you will continue to do well.Your almost all the way to the end of the tunnel! I know that you will make it. emoticon

    Good luck!!!! Hope it turns out successful in pounds lost. After awhile of tracking you can kind of gauge the food totals.
