Hello, my Spark Friends. I hope you all are doing well. At my last weigh in I was down another 3 pounds. I've officially lost 42 pounds over the past nine months. I have a goal set to lose 54 pounds. I have another 12 pounds to go.
I'm going to do something different in July. I've decided that I'm not going to log my food. I'm going to experiment to see if I'll continue to eat sensibly if I'm not recording everything I eat and counting calories. I will still log my fitness minutes and hang out on Spark People. I will weigh in at the end of July.
