I emoticonJuly with open arms because I am going to be optimistic that this month will be MY month; a better month full of emoticon and emoticon yet GREAT results!

Last week, my weigh-in was emoticondue to my time of the month!
I guess owning a emoticonright now would help with letting me know where I am numerically!
Sure, I am curious! I am okay though just SO focused on getting better at running!

I learned a lot from my emoticonnow I am ready to put that behind me & move forward!

This entails training for my up & coming emoticonAlthough I did throw in the towel Saturday after my race & decided to not run another because it was just not for me based on 1 race...C'mon son!!! Naw, I'm going 2 see my ultimate goal through which is to run a emoticon

I BELIEVE I CAN & WILL DO WHAT I WANT TO ACHIEVE (health, endurance, ability, LOSE weight & inches) IN MIND, BODY & SPIRIT

MY JULY goals...
1) Lose 4-12lbs...
2) Increase Strength Training - I am going to change up my training schedule & combine some workout suggestions from Hal Higdon!!!!
3) Complete my 1st emoticon
