July with open arms because I am going to be optimistic that this month will be MY month; a better month full of
yet GREAT results!
Last week, my weigh-in was
due to my time of the month!
I guess owning a
right now would help with letting me know where I am numerically!
Sure, I am curious! I am okay though just SO focused on getting better at running!

MY JULY goals...
1) Lose 4-12lbs...
2) Increase Strength Training - I am going to change up my training schedule & combine some workout suggestions from Hal Higdon!!!!
3) Complete my 1st
