Two weeks until VBS at church. It will be crazy busy, and probably a bad time to start the 28 Day Challenge. However-I'm going to do it! That means cardio 5-6 times a week, and a challenge video 6 days/week. Those 10 min challenge videos seem to be hard for me. I get low key cardio everyday by walking the dogs but I will have to get focused and make a routine for those videos.
Today is a rest day so I'm going to go rest!
