Okay, so here's how it's going to go down! It looks like a lot, but most of the workouts are only 30 minute max. I'm so proud of myself for actually creating a composite calendar this month rather than trying to keep up with everything in my head.
I'm doing a couple of different challenges this month: the 30 Day At-Home Crossfit Challenge (well, one variety of it as there were several online), and the Abs-So-Tightly Right Challenge that I found through facebook. Although the Runner's World streak officially ends July 4th, I'm going to keep it going and transition to target improving my pace so I can meet my 45min 10k goal by the end of the month.

My obstacle race is this coming weekend and get this...It's in SPARKS, Oklahoma, lol! How perfect is that?! Unfortunately, I've been nursing (meaning icing & soaking, but still running on) a sprained foot for a little over a week. Friday, I even had to forego my usual lake run for an elliptical session inside the tiny depressing workout room in my apt complex (yuck!)
Yesterday it was actually swolen & I think it is still a little bit today, but it feels much better to walk on. Hopefully this will be totally resolved by Saturday.
Now to work on my meal planning & prep for next week...
