So I utterly poofed myself out with the Bollywood Cardio Video - only did 8 minutes of it and it was still pretty tiring. I don't consider myself to be out of shape; I can walk for a couple miles, do yoga for half an hour, but this was waaay different. Lol my husband and I both like to watch dance shows on TV. So we've seen people saying Bollywood's very tough on a person - I guess it doesn't help much that I have very flat feet because of strokes so jumping is almost impossible just yet.
...and yet... I want to do more. Someone tell me why? I finish a yoga session and I'm pretty good for the day, but this was somewhat different. I'm dehydrated, tired, heart's racing, and I'm hot - but I want to do more.
In the interests of not utterly poofing out my brain, I think I'll make a compromise and do some yoga - after I've rested a little, had some gatorade.
