We made it gang..we are at the end of June..Pat yourselves on the back for hanging in there!
I made it through June(In My ZONE) working out 6 days a week for an hour or more..a few times 7 days a week..I got at least 10 glasses of water in a day..I was mindful of what I ate and keep it under control
My workouts consist of cardio, strength training, walking and my favorite dancing!
I did Sizzling Salsa Dancing , some Zumba, Sweatin' To The Oldies and Hip Hop Abs(I was GROOVING)
My favorite workout song-Don't You Wish Your Girlfriend Was Hot like Me(this song right here keep me Rocking!) My Favorite Saying- Walk With Me Lord!
My Motivation-God, Hubby, Kids, Sparkfriends,and Myself!

Yes I had a lot of Aches and PAIN..but I kept PUSHING!
The Results.. 4lbs. gone..(Go Angelia..Go..Go!)
I am looking forward to July I want to make it just as good as June!
