It has to stop...

Well tomorrow is July first,can't believe how fast this month went, and how totally off track I've been for at least 2 weeks now emoticon It has to stop, so I have moved the bike into the living room, and will begin biking while I watch a movie, with the kids while baby is napping,I will plan my food and track sodium levels,I will drink 8 glasses of water a day, and I will keep my body moving. Little tricks ten minutes here, ten minutes there, working up to at least an hour of exercise a day. Oh and I'm pulling out the lesilie walking cds I can do this!

So the 31 day challenge begins,actually 32 cause I'm starting today, emoticon The last few months have been very stressful, and I don't see that stopping , families are wonderful to have around, but sometimes their problems can overwhelm everyone around them, it's in my nature to feel their pain, but I need to take care of me emoticon

So I will try to keep in touch, hopefully my computer will get back soon, and it will be easier to stay in touch, Have a great Sunday my friends!

    Sounds like a plan. We need to keep moving forward from where we are at. Look back at our accomplishments and see again what worked for us. Oh, I know we all know what to do, but doing it can be another story. I have faith in you that the next 32 days will be an accomplishment in the end.....take it one day at a time. I also know how family "things" can drain us and we tend to forget about taking care of ourselves....but if we don't take care of ourselves....who will? Have a wonderful week and enjoy the 10 minutes at a time plan. emoticon
