Day 14 of the 30 Day at home crossfit challenge

Well my Day 13...I used as a rest day, we were just busy and also very tired. A well needed rest day.

Day 14 is another busy day but I will squeeze it in asap!

AMRAP 20 minutes

Run 200m
9 burpees
30 crunches
5 pushups
10 squat jumps
