Today I thought I'd throw a few words out into cyberspace in regards to Spark Coach.
First of all, I'm not going to complain and ridicule something that I'm getting for free (because I bought "The Spark Solution" and oh by the way haven't read it yet, doh!!!). Second of all, I realize that it is hard to tailor a program to fit so many people and keep them all happy. You couldn't pay me enough money to do that, especially with such a sensitive subject as weightloss. Third of all, there is some useful information there, and I have enjoyed getting the loads of extra Sparkpoints for clicking a few tabs. What can I say? I'm a sucker for Sparkpoints.
However, after trying this out for a couple of months I have come to the conclusion that it is a tool better suited for someone who is nothing like me. If you have never been more than 30 pounds overweight, if you buy into the whole visualization and rah-rah be all you can be attitude, and don't mind being belittled by a nutritionist, then by all means, try SparkCoach. If you do everything they tell you, you will lose weight. I mean, I lost 7 pounds when I had been stalling out and/or gaining steadily for three years. It was a kickstart for me. But longterm? No. I have too much weight to lose for the pacing of this program to be effective.
So, those are my thoughts on the subject. When it comes time to renew, I won't, because it's just not what I need.
