I haven't done anything wrong. Yesterday I didn't exercise. It was my day off from exercise, so why do I feel bad about it? It's just that it has become a regular part of my routine, and when I don't do it, it feels like something is missing. I feel like I've fallen from grace, and I'll never get back to exercising again. Am I crazy? I hope I'll feel better once I get to the gym today.
