This is my downfall focusing on results and little to no change.
What i need to do is focus on the change and no worry about results:)
So if I know this why is it so hard to remember and apply??
Its frustrating when i am tracking calories, exercise and getting my groove on to sweat. and the scale either stays at 158 or today moved up to 160 overnight!!!
Suddenly I calmed down when i remembered the chinese takeout for dinner...whew.
Tempted to weigh in tomorrow but not going to because I am also realizing I am too attached to my results!
Enough ranting for this morning. Plan to do workout after class tonight.
