This week I switch back to days at work. The way it goes is we do 3 month rotations between days and nights. I am 100% a night owl. i just function better at night. But its time for days again. This week my sleep has been horrible but overall I've managed to maintain a pretty good food habit. I haven't ate the healthiest food but I've been doing pretty good on calories. Well, we will see when I weigh in tomorrow morning.
One of our co-workers today brought in bagels and I had to partake. I've been really good about not really eating bagels but I just had my first "everything" bagel and it's really good.
