Bagels and New Work Schedule

This week I switch back to days at work. The way it goes is we do 3 month rotations between days and nights. I am 100% a night owl. i just function better at night. But its time for days again. This week my sleep has been horrible but overall I've managed to maintain a pretty good food habit. I haven't ate the healthiest food but I've been doing pretty good on calories. Well, we will see when I weigh in tomorrow morning.

One of our co-workers today brought in bagels and I had to partake. I've been really good about not really eating bagels but I just had my first "everything" bagel and it's really good.

  Those flying saucers with wholes full of carbs are better toasted and with cream cheese on top, aren't they? Someone told me once that bagels weren't as fattening as bread, I think they pulled my leg, what do you think?
