Went to my WW meeting yesterday I am down 3.4 lbs
My journey this week will be to reach my 5% weight gone goal, only have .4 lbs to go~
This week I am going to:
Take more responsibility on healthy cooking at home, my husband does most of the cooking and he does a great job and cooks healthy meals I just know I can be more of a help to him in the kitchen.
We have a fourth of July bbq , I am going to be very mindful what is on my plate and enjoy my family and have fun! Fortunatly my brother and sister in law are both health minded I know there will be grilled salmon there and plenty of vegies and fruit! and I will have my water bottle forever with me!
I am resting taking care of myself today , did a 60 min walking workout yesterday so today will be stretch and toning and just relaxing .
I am limiting time on the computer , as my schooling is beginning and experienced bad eye strain , very painful because I was not aware of my time on the computer so making a balance for that.
