I try to keep motivated by checking my goal progress regularly. I know that the scale number is deceptive and can be crazymaking. It depends more on what I just drank, ate, fullness of fluids and colon content, and the mood of the scale that day and hour.
I look at two numbers the first day of the month and the last day of the month and try to focus on them, although naturally I am effected by all the numbers in between.
I have been sliding toward my goal pretty much on track. I should be 198 by the end of July. that should take me solidly out of the obese category for the first time in about ten years or so. I am still committed to getting to 175 by December. I am expecting the second half of the year will be much more difficult than the first half.
SP tools and fitbit have been a great help. The other indispensable help is the support from friends and team members here. Thanks for your help and hints.
I do think I will hang here and be a SP user for the foreseeable future. Maintenance of the goal weight, BP, Blood levels is really what it is about!
