I just finished a 55 min walk around the neighborhood. The neighborhood is hilly such that the FitBit shows that I climbed over 32 flights of stairs. So - not too bad.
I can tell I pushed myself because I'm all red in the face. I try to avoid getting to that point because it usually is accompanied by a headache. I'm really trying to make my exercise something I look forward to and something that I actually enjoy. That has never been the case in the past - instead of feeling good after exercising like most people claim, I feel bad and so I stop.
So, I have to be careful to not go back into that routine. I cooled down for a good five minutes hoping that would help and I'm making sure to drink plenty of water. I don't have a full-blown headache at this time, but I can feel it on the fringes. Hopefully it won't get any worse than that!
