Choosing Spark Recipes

Sunday, June 30, 2013

I often struggle with having the time to put together a meal. I have a cache of healthier choices that I choose at restaurants that come through in a pinch for time. I also rely heavily on Trader Joe's meals as they are fast, convienent and easy to track. I plan to try some Spark Recipes this week when I get time. One such recipe that I would like to try is the Crispy Ranch chicken. I plan to get some rice krispies and ranch mix today.

That recipe is absolutely FANTASTIC! Everyone who I've ever made it for ooh's and awe's over it! It's my go-to when we're having people over for the first time LOL

It can definitely be tough to make the time to put together meals. I've gotten pretty skilled at preparing some base ingredients when I have time so that they're ready to grab when I need them like beans, brown rice, etc. It's hard to prioritize at times, but it's a huge help!

    Good luck =)

I missed that one, but it sounds good! I can tell you that potato chips make the best coating for chicken or fish. Put the little pieces or crumbs in the bottom of the bag, into a food processor. It already has the salt and you can just add garlic or poultry seasoning or whatever you like ,,

Since we no longer eat chips, I use my Gram's old recipe,, flour, pepper, garlic powder, poultry seasoning.
