For those who asked yesterday:
Lin's Grilled Potato Packets
Pull out a sheet of foil approx. 14X14inches or larger.
Spray top of foil with cooking spray.
Add two T margarine(or to taste).
Add two to three small sliced potatoes, with skins(your preference).
Add very thinly sliced onions(we add two whole slices).
Pepper to taste.
Add three to four ice cubes.
Fold foil on top and fold ends in.
Place on grill for twenty to thirty minutes, checking in-between for done-ness.
We slice them thinner sometimes, they will cook faster.
You can add any spices you wish. you can put these in a campfire too... nearer the outside... We check them every ten minutes.
I made these packets up early in the morning, DD added the ice cubes on her way out to the grill.
