June Down Now To July

June flew by for me I was on fire to this last week I was doing great and all it takes is one bad week to undo everything on the scale emoticon Still all in all it was a very good month I'm down a pound from the first of the month down a little on BF% number.

June goals were

1. Strength training 3 times a week will be starting new strength training exercises on Saturday emoticon Only missed on ST session for the month

2. Jog at park at least once a week emoticon In fact I made to runs at the park a week

3. Participate in my 2nd 5K (June 8th) emoticon

4. Cardio on ARC trainer 3 times a week for 20 minutes emoticon

5. Sneak an extra cardio session when ever possible ( work schedule permits)
emoticon Got an extra session in on my extra days off from work

6. Continue to track nutrition and stay in range 5 out of 7 days emoticon This last week was the hardest for me

7. Continue to watch my sodium intake 12 out of the 30 days I had high intake of sodium and Sodium does play such a role in weight gain

July goals

1. To find more constructive ways of dealing with my stress levels I will always have stress part of life but need not to be so destructive in dealing with stress aka over eating for comfort.

2. Concentrate on those NSV and not rely on the scale for how well I am doing

3. Treat myself to at least once a week in the sauna

4. Jog at park at least 2 times a week

5. Strength training 3 times a week (need to get new ST plan as Shapes has all different equipment now at the new building)

6. Continue to track nutrition and stay in range 5 out of 7 days

7. Continue to watch my sodium .

Looks and sounds like a very doable plan to build on what I have been doing well !
