morning my lovely friends

who would like to give me a good hard kick up the bum, silly me went out last night with a plan not to stay out long and not to drink much well i did drink more then i should and had a kids mc' Donalds and not enough sleep. i dragged my self out of bed this morning and went swimming for a little bit . i can say one thing lesson learnt .

    Yep...many of us have evenings before that cause our next day to be pretty miserable. All you can do is remember that crappy feeling and vow to avoid it the next time you face choices. I try to alternate my glasses of wine with a glass of sparkling water...or sometimes put my beer over a tall glass of ice. I actually have learned to like it that way better..it's always REALLY cold and it slows down my pace.

    OH BOY !!! THAT'S NOT SO GOOD. BUT DID YOU KNOW THAT ALCOHOL ALSO CONTAIN'S CALORIES. SURE DOES. SO IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOU'LL HAVE TO PUT emoticon OFF YOUR LIST. FROM SOMEONE WHO KNOWS.
