Its too damn late for this nonsense.

Here is the plan:

1. Sign up for YMCA membership
2. Get a good sports bra (or three).
3.Use gym or lap pool at the YMCA at least 5 times a week
4. Sign up for 5k Mud Run for my birthday with 3 of my friends
5. Don't die doing the mud run.
6. No more soda, gatorade, etc.
7. Go to bed before 3am. What the heck is wrong with me that I am up this damn late?!

    I think #5 should be higher on your list. Just for its importance. emoticon

My husband is one of those up at 3am kind of people. Sometimes he goes to bed just as I'm getting up. I always thought he'd be an excellent night shift worker but now he's retired so it really doesn't matter.
