Its too damn late for this nonsense.
Here is the plan:
1. Sign up for YMCA membership
2. Get a good sports bra (or three).
3.Use gym or lap pool at the YMCA at least 5 times a week
4. Sign up for 5k Mud Run for my birthday with 3 of my friends
5. Don't die doing the mud run.
6. No more soda, gatorade, etc.
7. Go to bed before 3am. What the heck is wrong with me that I am up this damn late?!
