My goals and progress
Complete 500 minutes of exercise -
smashed it 836 minutes !!
Get the next spark trophy
Try to cook 4 new receipes with under 500 calories Red thai curry with a bit a rice, pad thai yummy, and spicy cod on a bed of spinach - sticking with the thai theme green thai curry
Take 3 mins off my 5k run time (currently 46 minutes) 35 seconds down
ths was much much tougher than I expected ! Will keep trying
Loose an inch of belly fat -
June was a great month, ok the I still don't run so well, but I'm happy that I'm improving 3 minutes didnt sound like too much when I started June but it seems it was a little too ambishious - I will bear that in mind for next months goals!
I also an inch from my hips and 1.5 inches from each thigh.

I don't intend to change up my plan in July as everything seems to be working just fine.
