Day 6 of The Spark Solution
Slept in today to get some more rest. Had the left over breakfast cookie instead of the recommended biscuits and gravy with sausage. I donít care for sausage or gravy no matter how itís fixed. Did 35 minutes of my Biggest Loser Walk with dumbbells and medicine ball dvd then stretched. Made the curried tuna salad sandwich for lunch again, since I didnít have the ingredients I needed for the Greek meatballs. Went roller skating for 2 hours this afternoon.
Made the macaroni and cheese for supper. I have never made it from scratch before. I have no intentions of doing it again. I thought it would have a really strong flavor, since it had onions, garlic, mustard, and hot sauce, but cardboard probably has more flavor. It was extremely bland with a grainy texture due to the bread crumbs. Blech. No one else would eat it, so Iím stuck with the left overs. After dinner we did our mile walk around the neighborhood. Thank goodness I get an evening snack!
I still felt weak most of the day, but a lot better than yesterday. Maybe another good nightís sleep and Iíll be back to normalÖhopefully.
Overall, another successful day.
