I'm okay. Still doing my blog challenge and doing very well. I have also made my water intake for the day.
My biggest faults for the day would be the fast food lunch I ate which has to easily be 1,000 calories. I'm not in denial, I just don't want to know. =) The next would be the beer that I'm drinking tonight. It's never just one when I drink, its 4-6. The good thing is that I won't be drinking as much since my husbands diagnosis and medication. However, I do know that I have to slow down on my alcohol intake. That and exercise more.
