Push Ups Plan

My initial pushup test was a meager 15, 5 less than last year because I remember being able to jump to week 3 since I could do 20 easily. It's a bummer to think I lost some strength, but I know how easy it is to get it back. I re-installed the pushup app, so I can record my progress.

My other goal this week is to plan and track all my food. It's been a big challenge for me to write it down. Who am I kidding? Every angle of healthy has been a struggle for me lately.

But you know what? I'm not a complainer. I'm a problem solver. So, here I go! I'm off to get some strength reps in for the BLC Beach challenge :)
