I think I hit a plateau...
My routine got shaken up by picking up an extra 30 hours this week and another 30 hours for next week. I did 4 days of Curves which meant I had to get up 2 hours earlier than I normally do. I am literally exhausted! When I get exhausted, I tend to eat more carbs. Surprisingly, I have been within my range most days. Only one day did I go over by 500 calories and yesterday, I had salty popcorn at the movie theaters which possibly contributed to seeing a plateau.
At work today, I was so sleepy tired, I started craving the cookies and Cheetos that they keep locked up from the clients. I have a key... I got into the closet, stared at them, looked at the calorie content, and put them down. An hour later, I caved and got the Grandma's Chocolate Chip cookies snack. I made sure I calculated it in my food tracker. After I consumed it, I realized that it really didn't taste all that good.
When I got home from work, it was still nice out, but on the cool side. My husband had already eaten a pizza and saved none for me, which is fine. I don't like the kind he made. I ate a small meal and then ventured out to walk 3 miles. After my third mile, I developed a headache. May be due to being exhausted...and being chilled, it got cold with the sun setting!
