Man it is tough to eat healthy when you can't make your own food! And travelling makes that especially difficult. We are at a family gathering this weekend and have restaurant dates planned for every meal. Yikes. I tracked today and ended up at 1788, which is over my daily goal, but not by too much. Though I think restaurants will be better on my waistline than eating at my grandma's would have been! She makes so much food!! And she never stops trying to get you to eat it, haha. Anyway, I brought my resistance band with me, so I'll do some exercises with that.
