Hey Sparkies. How was your Saturday? Mine was okay. I grocery shopped, caught up on some t.v. and did a little upper body workout.
So, this week went okay. Tuesday night I ended up with another migraine and literally it lasted until yesterday. It was pretty miserable. I ate well though until last night. I had a "screw this, I feel terrible" attitude problem and ended up going out for Mexican. However, today, I was right back on my SB plan. Although, I must say that today I feel a little bloated. I'm sure it's because I had some bad carbs last night.
I also had a doctors appointment this week. I think I know why I feel tired all the time. My Vitamin D levels are very low. I have to start taking a supplement every day of 2000mg. I hope it starts helping. Vitamin D deficiency can cause weight gain and headaches. I am not making an excuse for my weight but I just wonder if this deficiency has something to do with the lack of trying to lose. It could be I suppose. And, maybe this is why I have started having migraines again??
Anyway, today I ate well. I did a 10 minute workout. I got some good, healthy groceries for the week and I'm looking forward to another week of SB. I am going to try to continue another week of Phase 1 + a couple days with fruit because I really like fruit in my smoothies.
