Well, my "daily" blogs for yesterday and today are getting combined. It was a crazy week, and last night I couldn't bring myself to look at the computer. I escaped to a book and relaxed the night away. All of it is falling into place naturally with the food. Exercise seems to be the sticking point that just doesn't come easy to my day. I did make it through the strength routine, but it felt like a fight all the way through. I would get a couple reps in, the phone would ring. Finish that, get a couple more in, then run my son to a friends. It seems to constantly be the one thing that doesn't fit. This isn't something I am giving in on. I am working with my son on our schedule so I can get blocks of time that really can make a difference. Almost through week one and totally ready for week two!
