Well, June is nearly wrapped up. My weight loss goal is to lose 1-2 lbs a week, which equates to 4-8 lbs a month. Slow and steady wins the race! I lost 9 lbs this month and this was the first full week I got my workouts in. I lost a little bit more this week than in week's past. My favorite comfy sweatshirt is now wayyyyy too big. It was always a little big, but now it comes down past my butt. I think it's time to retire it.
I've found something that works for me exercise wise, and it's Zumba for Xbox 360. I have a blast doing it and I can create my own playlists. I started doing 30 minutes, and for July I'm going to bring it to 40. I burned an extra 100 calories for that extra 10 minutes :)

Also love the cinnamon Laughing Cow Light cheese. It's my new favorite thing to spread on toast and graham crackers in lieu of peanut butter. It tastes like cinnamon cheesecake! Yum!
