Dang tasty Pepper Triscuits. I just decimated that box. Sheesh, they are just so easy to eat. So, I will be smart and leave the rest for my brother and just eat a serving.
I took yesterday as a rest day. Its horrendously hot. My right foot was wonky. And, my cousin's Grandmother passed away. She was very elderly and had been ill with an aggressive cancer. I am sorry that she suffered towards the end. My cousins and uncle are grieving.
I will do some yoga tonight before bed.
I am successfully reducing my ice cream portion size. Today was 1/4 of what I had yesterday and I was satisfied. So, I don't need as much as I thought. Good to know.
I am working on building my self confidence through meditation.
I am adding my workouts to before breakfast again. I am finding that the pre-workout snack is coming back up on me.
I am preparing my own meals. I am eating home cooked food.
I will have completed 4 workouts over the past week. Not 5, but still good.
So, overall not too bad.
Here is my tentative rotation for the next week:
Saturday (today): Gary Bromley Yoga
Sunday: Trance Dance Yoga
off Belly Fat
Wednesday: Belly Dancing
Friday: Tai Chi
