Today went to gym did Body Pump and Body Combat. It was a good workout. My body is feeling more toned Im getting it. I felt a bit tired after workout and eventually took a nap. I am pushing and glad that I am seeing a difference. I am trying to keep this lifestyle being a teacher during the year it is very hard to have time to workout so I am trying to make it a routine right now during the break so it will be easy to keep throughout the school year. Tomorrow I may go for a swim and soak in the hot tub. More of a relaxing workout but more fun. That is why I am doing all the classes so I can challenge myself and not get bored of same routine.
