All Over Owie

Soooo, I've been on spark for quite some time, but had kinda given up. Somehow, I got my second wind. I've been doing the Tracy Anderson (omni) program. Due to my work schedule, today I had to do it after work because work starts so early on Saturdays. It's been 9 days on the program, and I have a sore everything. My knees ache, even though I can't yet do the jumping or plyos or whatever. All of my muscles feel weak, and, even at day 9 mind you, I STILL DON'T LOOK LIKE THE INSTRUCTOR! How rude is that? So, I got my workout in this afternoon. Not my best, low on energy, but I eeked it out, kind of. Am I a good girl?

    Hahaha, I know, I did the 30 Day Shred all the way through once and I STILL did not look like Jillian Michaels! It did get easier, though, and that makes me stronger than many people. :)

    You're FANTASTIC for getting in those 9 days and sticking with it! It's a tough program but you'll kick it's butt and feel SO GREAT about it at the end of the 90 days emoticon

It's an uphill climb, but you'll eventually reach the top and it will get better! Go you!!
