Soooo, I've been on spark for quite some time, but had kinda given up. Somehow, I got my second wind. I've been doing the Tracy Anderson (omni) program. Due to my work schedule, today I had to do it after work because work starts so early on Saturdays. It's been 9 days on the program, and I have a sore everything. My knees ache, even though I can't yet do the jumping or plyos or whatever. All of my muscles feel weak, and, even at day 9 mind you, I STILL DON'T LOOK LIKE THE INSTRUCTOR! How rude is that? So, I got my workout in this afternoon. Not my best, low on energy, but I eeked it out, kind of. Am I a good girl?
