What do you think? Am I adding? In a plateau? (of course am not loosing). Any advice/encouragement?

    Hmm, can't comment based on these data coz you also need to consider others such as your measurements, your energy level, etc etc. And if you're at your healthy weight range already, it's make you feel crazier with the keep changing weight LOL (I know coz I'm in that situation right now, haha). Anyhow, I would suggest you take at least your inches measurements and compare with your weight. If your inches reducing constantly, I think you're doing great and better, if your weight also reducing at same time :D

    Anyhow, if you're doing the same thing (same workout or same intensity) for quite long time (say, more than 4 weeks), it might contribute to your weight up-down values.

    Maybe it's time to shock your body with a new work out. Maybe look at your food in take. Just stay patience cause you will figure it out.

    eh. looks pretty straight forward. If you're at more calorie burn than food intake, I'd consider changing your routine a little. Good luck breaking what looks like a short term plateau

    Looks looks like you are maintaining, as numbers go up and down between 76 and 77.8 kg, this may be normal weight fluctuation.
    My weight sometimes goes up or down 1-2 kg for no reason at all, and I know I'm in maintenance.
    You may find visualizing what your weight is doing by logging weigh in SP Weight Tracker, and running the weight report.
    I always do this when I'm in doubt.

    Need more information... what did your measurements do?? If measurements decreased (even slightly), then you're not in a plateau - you are putting on muscle!! If no change, then you're probably on a plateau... best way to get out of a plateau is to "shock" your body with something new.. a new workout??

    Your body is busy making other improvements - you are still reaping the benefits of what you are doing - your body is still getti g healthier, just not in ways you can see in the scale. Keep on going and you will see it on the scale again soon! :). You can do this - you ARE doing this!!
