I wanted chocolate, but it wasn't in the plan. So I put together things from Eat to Live that were in the plan: low sodium white beans, cocoa, blueberries, dates, dried mixed berries, vanilla extract, and Jarrow Pomegranate 4X concentrate.
I served it in Romaine "Boats" with sliced apples and strawberries, sprinkled with sliced almonds. It doesn't taste like a chocolate "waterfall" but I found it delicious.
I think bananas and cherries would work also.
Tomorrow, I plan to make a tossed fruit salad and top it with the dressing.
