11 Miler Report and Evaluation

This morning began at 4:35 am
The first few miles were very slow. It was about mile 8 when I remembered how to run... then mile 9 I was finding my pace very slow, slower than in the beginning. What is going on? What did I do to have my body rebel against running?
It will get better. I will hang on. Things will work out. 14 weeks to St. George Marathon.
I have this and I have what it takes to get stronger each day.
