My plans for the future..

Well it was not easy to get to where I am at now.. been more active in my exercises.. walking to the max here and there picking up those 10 to 15 mins vidoes .. along with cleaning and organizing my home... on my eating well brought a great scale weighing everything as well as measureing...I have been looking around for things to slow down my stress.. trying out some breathing exercises.. as well as taking up a puzzle that I have been meaning to finish off to diplay it on my wall... Now my plan for the future is keeping it up .. adding some challenges like for this week I will try to make it to 10 miles ... we will see how that goes I am so excited... till next time...have a great one... emoticon

    Good for you! Life is worth working at a little every day and it sounds like you're doing things that benefit you! That's so important! I found when I do things that need my hands and mind, (puzzles, crochet, knitting, sewing, etc.,), it is very relaxing and cathartic.

I have also been a little more motivated. We have a Shape Up program going at work. We track our steps, minutes of exercise and weight loss. We are in our fourth week. I am finding I have to get my 10,000 steps in so if I am not going to make it I will go for a walk or get on the treadmill to get those steps.
