Well, night 2 of cruddy sleep! I also felt a little under the weather this morning, so I didn't go for a walk. I did manage 17 minutes of Wii Fit, and then walked a few blocks to peruse the farmer's market. Now I'm in and hiding from the heat.
Why is my sleep so screwed up? I mean, I know I take sleep meds, but not every day. Usually I'm a once a week pill taker. I thought exercise was supposed to make your sleep better?
My food tracking and food choices have been good. Only one day this week did I go over in calories. I am sort of scared to weigh myself tomorrow. I take that back. I am prepared to NOT let the scale rule my life.
I am proud of me for sticking to it for 6 days now!
