Wow, I am impressed!! Today was day 2 of the biggest loser workout for me. I was so sore when I woke up this AM and so I took 2 advil before day 2's workout. So far so good with eating. I may have gone a little overboard by 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes, but other than that I'm doing pretty darn good.
Also went for a 15 minute bike ride. That went well too, although it makes my booty sore. Well I guess you can't have everything!! good luck to everyone today!! Tootles!!
