For the past few days, I've been walking in the park for my cardio. It was beautiful.

Stairs back home. I used to DREAD these, but they aren't as difficult as they used to be, even after an hour of walking :)
Today I'm doing a bit of Weight Loss Yoga and relaxing at home. Going to maybe take a nap and catch some ZZZs. Eating leftovers from the last few days (veggie omelet, fruit, curried tuna salad, green tea, beef stew), along with some homemade black bean hummus and raw broccoli, carrots, red pepper, and celery. Today was a pretty low carb day... I don't eat many carbs on lazy rest days.
