I just finished week one of the 5k your way walking program. This week I've done some type of exercise each day except Thursday - which was a rest day. Curves, low impact aerobics and walking - today it was 1.5 miles. I'm still having trouble losing - I hit a point and struggle to lose another pound or two, even though my program is set to lose 2 pounds per week. But hopefully adding in the exercise will finally kickstart it into gear and I'll see results soon.
