Does anyone work out in front of a mirror? And I don't mean just with doing ST to keep a check on your form. What about with cardio?
I've hung my over-the-door mirror on my rail with the blinds to my sliding doors to the balcony during my Turbo Fire workouts, and WHOA.
I think it has helped me push harder since I know the routines just by hearing what she is saying that I don't have to watch the screen for cues, so I can focus on what I see myself doing. There are days where I don't feel like I make visible progress, but after using the mirror, I can definitely tell!
I can see muscles defined that I didn't even know existed. I've been so obsessed (since I started running more and more over a year ago) with getting more definition in my legs that I didn't realize what was already there. They aren't how I pictured them to be, but I like what I see than what I originally pictured.
