Had let my steps count get lower with the rationalization that (1) the dog is older and slower and (2) was picking up the difference with the yoga.
Well, that's nothing more than rationalization for why I wasn't working up to potential and THE REASON why I'm not losing weight as I say I want! So, we're back to going for those 10,000 steps a day PLUS at least 20 minutes of REAL cardio, PLUS some yoga, even if its only 10 minutes of decompression in the evening.
Goals, GOALS, and always goals!
