Heading to the pool this afternoon. I was thrilled with my FBS this morning - 115.
We were up and ran to the "MALL" - Our mall is unlike any I have ever been too. It is LIKE some other places I have been but this is the first time it has been called a mall. Our mall is a huge warehouse type building, filled with new and used "stuff" - you know, one man's junk, another man's treasure. We go specifically for the BREAD they sell - Pepperidge Farms breads - NOT DAY OLD either - with tags with such prices as $4.19, $3.89, etc. - for $1.00. Ed loves the blueberry swirl, rye and pumpernickle, my choices are whole wheat raisin, the cinnamon raisin swirl and the . We also get slider buns, and a variety of other tasty flavors. The only problem is that you never know what will be available - none of my favorites today but lots of Ed's - the last time we were in, we got so many raisin breads that I gave 5 loaves to Helen because she LOVES them but neither of us can afford $3-4.50 in the stores. We could have bought used shoes, toys, clothes, etc. or a grill, a tractor plow, 35 different baby carriages, and about 50 types of exercise equipment from treadmills to thighmasters and racks and racks of videos. It is also a cool place to see the farmers and their families of all ages searching for a bargain. Ed also picked up summer squash, zucchini, tomatoes, cantaloupe, bananas, and cucumbers. It is always an adventure because you never know what goodies you will find. Anyhow, I just finished lunch and am off to the pool for several hours - it will be a shorter than weekday swim because the pool closes at 3:30.
Have a spectacular splendid, super Saturday all. Bless those you encounter with your beautiful smiles, a kind word, and a little understanding and patience - they will appreciate it and so will you blood pressure and mind.
