Missing in Action

Now with the summer officially started, I have definitely been neglecting time on sparkpeople. I think overall I've been not terribly horrible, but not really great about eating and exercise. I actually have a lot more time in the summer, which should mean that I do more exercising, but that hasn't been the case so far this year. I've done a lot of lounging about, watching tv, and hanging out with friends. However, I have some new things to aim for. I met a new guy who wants to train for a 5K together, so that has the potential to get me to be active again. I like having something to aim for. It definitely helps to keep me on track. And having someone to work out with makes all the difference in the world to me. I'm not sure that I'm ready to jump back into hardcore tracking on here, but I'm kind of thinking that is what I need to do if I want to achieve my goals.

    Awesome about the new guy! Maybe instead of going back to what you used to do, the new guy with a new goal for you is what you need! Focus on that instead of trying to do an old routine. Shake it up! :)
