Day 59 - well due to my two days off with my grandboys - which I will NOT trade for anything - I maintained this week - I am OK with that!
I am staying on track with my water, calorie intake, and getting back to my videos.
Sooo onto Spark videos and why I LOVE them!
first of all - I clicked on the videos to get the points, but did not start doing them for a bit of time, I wanted to get into the habit of clicking on those videos and watch a bit of them to see what interested in me in the offerings.
I have been told it takes 21 days to break a habit... I am not sure I have ever looked up the info on how long it takes to make a habit, but I clicked away getting my points and developing my habit of watching the videos, selecting the ones I wanted to use.
I wanted to change my fitness plan, so I working towards that goal I removed my treadmill and I began using the Spark videos I chose and I started to lose weight.
These are a few of my favs.
20 minute band workout -seated
12 minute seated core
10 minute cardio kick boxing (yes I have to improvise due to ankle)
