Goal Met

Saturday, June 29, 2013

I've struggled to get back to Curves since the doctor cleared me to go. That happened on April 1st and I went a couple of times in April. In May, I went five times so my goal for June was to go one more time in June than I did in May. Yesterday was my sixth workout for the month. I went one time per week for three weeks so I had to go three times this past week. But, I did it. emoticon

For July, I'm going to increase by 2 days so that should put me at Curves twice a week.

What's the problem? I found scheduling my exercise on my calendar was a great help with picking up my exercise. Each month I would note down the exercise appointments for the month, and then tick them off. Excuses were not acceptable, I would keep that appointment even if I thought wouldn't work out as hard as I planned. And if I couldn,t make that appointment, I rescheduled. It saved a whole lot of energy going will I won,t I once I knew that it was always going to be 'I will!'
