Falling off the wagon, looking for buddies to keep me motivated.

So this past month I really haven't been keeping up with working out. I only gained a pound in that time, but it's frustrating why I can't keep myself motivated.

I'm going to try different strategies, but I need a buddy to check in with me to make sure I'm keeping up. If anyone can help, I will be so appreciative. My hubby, although he supports me in this journey, doesn't motivate me to keep going. He is the one that will buy the ice cream!! He tends to work out if he saw that I have worked out, but not vice versa.

Today I will be getting on the treadmill for the first time in a few weeks. We'll see how it goes today.

    It seems that for me I don't always succeed at things the first time around ( or sometimes longer) but if I just keep trying again and again, eventually something clicks. Keep at this, and you will succeed! emoticon

    YAY for back on track, recently I also got back on track! Please I also need more friends to interact with daily. I am finding this time around with SP my interactions are what is helping me as much as my daily food journal. emoticon emoticon
