I have lost 2lbs Woot, woot. This is promising. I made changes to my diet and tried to do more cardio. I feel so proud. Can't wait for the 5lb mark. Go me, go me!!!

    You can do it! Keep it up! 2lbs is great :D It's much easier to stick to a routine when you can see it paying off.
