Today I weighed in at 234. That's 2 pounds gone
I've also noticed some other changes. I can see my clavicles peeking through, and it looks like an hour glass shape is beginning to take form around my waist. I'm so excited
I guess I'm doing something right. There are still a few things I need to work on such as drinking more water, logging my calories, and planning out my meals. But overall, I think I'm doing ok.
